The Olympics are the Olympics. One stupid event in any portion of the Olympics is all the same.
It's the frozen Olympics, there's only so many non stupid events they can have.

curling belongs in the special olympics.
Yeah, pretty challenging.
If you're retarded, or missing a limb, or Canadian. There, I finished that sentence for you.
It's not something you need to ”try”, it's like ”yo grab your brooms and that rock over there...” kind of thing.Spoken like the troll that you are. Try it first then talk.

Really, what part about this past time activity is challenging, to you? Are you missing a limb? Do you lack the basic balance that's bestowed upon every human beings that are not defective in some ways? Though the granite slab can be a bit heavy, I can assure that the ice provides a very slick surface for it to slide on, shouldn't take much efforts at all. And after a few tries and you can't judge the force which you'd need to exert to get that rock to where it needs to be, then it is indeed challenging for you.
Seriously, it has no place in the Olympics, unless it's a way to get Canyucks more medals (pretty funny when even that failed, as the Canyucks were upset), much like the Chinese and badminton. And you do actually run around in badminton.
What I can't figure out is, why do they scream so much when they're sweeping?
It's easy to sling rocks down there, but it's extremely difficult to get them in the exact place you want them to be. Would take years to get good at that.

Ah, gotcha, internet expert.
No, I get it, it's a sort of national pride when a neighborhood game makes it to the Olympics, though the how would need to be investigated. But let's face it, beer pong is more challenging. Inebriation is no joke.
Archery was grandfathered in, though it is a poor example because it would require skills. And just because other worthless games are in the Olympics, doesn't mean there should be others.Meh, I am so far from being nationalistic/patriotic, but I think the game is challenging and is worthy of being in the Olympics. I don't really find it that different from Archery (it's about aim and positioning) or several other sports that are at the Olympics.

That's fine, it's not strange for one country to adapt something from another as their own.It is believed to be Scottish in origin.
at the very least, I hope you would also believe that golf is a ridiculous little game that requires essentially no skill.

Lulz just because you don't know anything about it doesn't make it easy.
