Running i78700K @ 4.6, 32GB RAM, off of an SSD with an MSI R9 390x - pretty old card but haven't played a PC game since Battlefield 5. Really don't think I'm going to spend 500 bucks or more to play this game better because I'm not overpaying for a card that much, not like even that's available now. I'm on a 1440p monitor but I'm running it at 1080P with medium settings and it's been fine. Low 40's most of the time but very playable and nice to look at still.
Played 4 hours on normal difficulty, started off on the street kid life path. Really fun game. Haven't played an RPG in like 20 years, but I do love sci fi movies, shows and books. This plot is immersive - it seems eventually most conversation choices lead you to the same result, so nothing crazy there so far. But it's early yet so I'm guessing the game is setting the stage for a more open future. Got into some fights and I mostly beat the shit out of guys with guns with my fists, mashing buttons a bit. Combat feels pretty good. This ain't no FPS level of shooting, though good, but haven't had too much gunplay yet even. Learned how to braindance, that was pretty nifty. Overall can't wait to see how the game turns out, plot-wise, and I don't think I'm going to wait six months for a slight chance I can get something like an ATI 6800 for a reasonable price. It's a Covid winter, it's time to game now.
