Now it's confirmed....Every time one of you jerks bumps this thread I get a little nervous.
That's where I got witcher 3 and that's where I plan on getting this one too. This way you do support the devs directly. Why would anyone get it other place than GOG is beyond me.
Gotta say it would be hilarious if this game sucks due to all the other games that have modified their release dates so they don’t compete with cyber punk.
**this isn’t saying I want you guys to have a crappy game**
This game will never live up to the hype it has built over the years from all the delays. It will be a good game I'm sure, but no way will it meet everyone's expectations. I'm not expecting much but a good story and cool gameplay as shown in most demos by now.-It would be funny if it just sucks, given the kind of hype juggernaut this thing is at this point.
Realistically, I fully expect the game to be perfectly good, but still be brigaded to hell and back for not meeting people's now bizarre and unrealistic expectations of the game. I've seen all sorts of out there stuff where people expect the game to be like a second life where they can get married and have babies, then cybernetically modify the babies and all kinds of really just insane stuff.
I expect a lot of "I waited 10 years for THIS?!"

Cyberpunk 2077 Review
Cyberpunk 2077 has standout side quests and strong main characters, though its buggy, superficial world and lack of purpose bring it down.www.gamespot.com
Curious if RT Ultra @4k means at least 60fps on a 3080. If it can do that, then my HTPC will be happy and the 3090 in my desktop should have no problem.

That's more of a reflection of the reviewer than the game. I wouldn't read too much into it.
Not according to this: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.tomshardware.com/amp/news/cyberpunk-2077-performance-preview
RT Ultra at 4k native looks unplayable on a 3080. Needs DLSS “performance” mode which is 1080p rendering to approach 50+fps average. That’s probably how I’ll play it.
