It's 60ºF right now, and I'm so depressed. I want to be outside throwin around a baseball or something, and just chill out on the oval. I love warm air, it wakens me up so much. I'm rarely tired once spring is actually here and it's warm. I get a true case of winter blues, I get tired, have less energy, not as active. I need to make more use of the gym to artificially wake my mind up, since the sun and warm air are not around to do it.
sleepin with the window open tonight. Fresh air at night puts me to sleep like a baby, unless its hot and sticky. Fresh cool spring and fall nights I don't have much issues sleeping.
but i'm depressed because this won't be sticking around.
