Greetings Folks, I have Windows 10, I want to access "The Dark Web" so what do I need to do that and what would you recommend, Thanks

I would recommend not doing that at all.

If you must, then do it on a junk laptop and on some random network that's not related to you in any way. I would also recommend the TOR browser and a VPN for your security. Beyond this, you are on your own.

In addition you probably want to run your OS in a VM. I also wouldn't go around poking bears while you're in that environment.

Really, is there any dark thing in the web? Everyone is connected to everything else, just beyond some software walls here and there, but within a ping distance nonetheless. If you had your private satellite network it would be a thing maybe...

The most dark web thing I got myself into involved a VPN and doing what every chinese does to get outside their web prison, so I could see a site blocked in like 70% of the countries and that's it.

Thanks everyone for answering. I had asked in here because thats what people do, right! The reason being is because there was a video that I had heard of that I cant find so I thought perhaps it could be found on the Dark Web and theres nothing nefarious about me if thats what you all were wondering.

Also, Mr. Steltek, how about if I just use your pos parents name? and I wont end up being Big Bubba's girlfriend but you will end up being Big Bubba's BOYfriend.

I never thought that there was anything "nefarious" about you. It is called 'joking sarcasm' - look it up (that is, if YOUR mommy and daddy will let you out of your bedroom long enough). Enough with that -- I won't apologize, as your post was worded just like a troll post and my response was written accordingly.

As others have pointed out, it isn't a place you generally want to go. Absolute worst case, you might attract the attention of somebody you really, really don't want to know. You could end up in a botnet or get your system hacked with something your antivirus won't find because nobody knows to look for it yet. Some of the folks who create and hang out in many of those types of sites aren't good people and they hide their activities within those types of sites for a reason.

If the video you want is copyrighted, you might get really lucky and end up downloading it off a sting website that gets your ISP a subpoena from an MPAA or RIAA investigator to try to locate you for legal service purposes. No video is worth dealing with those pinheads and their lawyers.
