My attraction to young-looking males is going to get me into trouble one of these days. *sigh*

I went out on a date last night with a really, really sweet guy... we met up at a coffee shop, and he bought us boba teas (he'd never tried one before, and sampled one of them for the first time ever ). I had put us on the guestlist that night for a club in Hollywood, but he wasn't old enough to get in... and suggested we go see "Brother Bear" instead. I was all for it, but almost all the theaters were closed at that time... so we ended up walking around, talking, and then going back to my place for pizza (mmm, bbq chicken!), "Finding Nemo", good conversation, and cuddling.

I really like him, and he's so cute and enthusiastic... it was a little weird driving him back to the dorms, but I got over it. We're going to get together again tomorrow, and I guess we'll see what happens... I tend to have ADD when it comes to guys, but hopefully he'll stick around longer than past ones.

I know every situation is different, but are there younger guys who would actually be interested in a potential relationship with an "older woman"? He's a 19-y/o sophomore right now, and I'm 23... graduated from college, working full-time, etc. Gah. He's a very attractive guy, and shouldn't have any trouble getting a sorority girl, etc... but I guess only time will tell...

Cradle robber!

I kid! I kid!

You two are at two very different points in your life and I think it would be awkward on both of you to have any sort of serious relationships.

Just my $.02...free after MIR.

Some guys are looking for someone a little more mature than the average sorority girl.

I say just forget about the age thing and go w/ how you feel.

Dammit, I'm not mature enough for older girls, but too mature for younger ones.

Anyway, it's really up to you to decide, right? As long as both of you are comfortable with each other, that's all that's important.

Yeah, seriously. Do you guys go well together? Are you attracted to him? Is he attracted to you? Then what in the hell are you worrying about?

It seems like you're still in the whole "college mentality" even though you're probably out of college (23 majority of people are out). Hence your attraction to younger males. Or maybe you have a strong maternal personality and like to wear the pants in a relationship and like to date boys with less experience... Maybe when you reach the next level of maturity, which could be defined as post college mentality (i.e.no responsibilities doesn't apply anymore, going to a "house party" isn't your idea of a good time anymore, beer bonging is stupid, and becoming a houseowner/parent makes ya more "mature").</psychoanalysis>

15 Things You Should Teach Your Daughter(s) (Another one for the WOMEN from Brutuskend)

1. Don't imagine you can change a man - unless he's in diapers.

2. What do you do if your boyfriend walks out? You shut the door.

3. If they put a man on the moon - they should be able to put them all up there.

4. Never let your man's mind wander - it's too little to be out alone.

5. Go for the younger man. You might as well - they never mature anyway.

6. Men are all the same - they just have different faces, so that you can tell them apart.

7. Definition of a bachelor: a man who has missed the opportunity to make some woman miserable.

8. Women don't make fools of men - most of them are the do-it-yourself types.

9. Best way to get a man to do something is to suggest he is too old for it.

10. Love is blind, but marriage is a real eye-opener.

11. If you want a committed man, look in a mental hospital.

12. The children of Israel wandered around the desert for 40 years *Even in Biblical times, men wouldn't ask for directions."

13. If he asks what sort of books you're interested in, tell him check-books.

14. Remember a sense of humor does not mean that you tell him jokes, it means that you laugh at his.

15. Sadly, all men are created equal.

Heh... I think the fact he's in his second year of college (and me having graduated and working full-time for over 1.5 years now) is the biggest factor, as opposed to age alone.

*cashes in MIR*

My freakin' internet access is too slow right now, so I'll try accessing ATOT again later... thanks for the feedback.
