AnandTech hasn't got one, so I'm hoping some one else knows where I can find an article that compares different brands and models of DDR ram with their overclocking abilities?
Try samsung pc2700 or Corsair pc2700 w/ heatspreaders for the most OC'able ram. Lots of people use the Samsung PC2700 on the True Samsung PCB for Overclocking...apparently Samsung is real conservative when it comes to rating their ram.
<< It's probably quite difficult to do one, since manufacturers will usually send a "golden sample" that has way-out-of-normal overclocking abilities. >>
so they should just buy some from some site then have the companys credit them later!
