I just received a confirmation saying that my credit card was authorized and items would be shipped. Then, shortly thereafter, received the e-mail saying that they were out-of-stock and didn't have a supplier. How can they say out-of-stock but they still have them available at a higher price???

Personally, never had any experience with these guys, and personally, I never will. Looks like these price "mistakes" are just some BS ploy to lure people into the store, because it seems that EVERYONE has "Credit Card Problems". What a load of BS. I would seriously call the Better Business Bureau on them, because that is a load of sh*t.

Not that I'm surprised but the email sure sounds like a lie. Strangely the only DVD that I ordered that shows a higher price now is SFU @ $73.48, the others still list at $19.99.

why is a lawsuit necessary? yeah they lied about not having it stock and such, but come on now. who really thinks they're trying to trap customers to their site. who's going to be like "oh, they cancelled it for 20 bucks but its 90 bucks now, so i'll get it anyways! and get some books too while i'm at it!"

they shoulda just sent an email saying it was a pricing error. no bs about credit problems and no stock. like most hot deals on here, if its too good to be true, it probably is.
