That's why I only have one of them a day, at most.

It's healthier if you don't put in the sauce packet and just eat the noodles (you can add veggies and other stuff to make it more tasty). I think the sauce is what makes it unhealthy.

I always get a kick out of that. My roomate waited tables and some of the "Salads" at the restraunt had more calories then some of the other entree items. One salad had the most calories and fat out of anything they served!

I heard from somewhere that the largest source of fat in the diet of an American woman is salad dressing. Kind of ironic. I'm not sure if that's completely true, though.

Some studies have shown that the fat content in salad dressing actually helps with the absorption of essential vitamins and/or minerals from the salad itself. Low fat salad dressings didn't promote the same levels of absorption. Or something like that. I guess that still doesn't mean you should smother your salad with ranch dressing (I do anyway).
