I always get a kick out of that. My roomate waited tables and some of the "Salads" at the restraunt had more calories then some of the other entree items. One salad had the most calories and fat out of anything they served!
I heard from somewhere that the largest source of fat in the diet of an American woman is salad dressing. Kind of ironic. I'm not sure if that's completely true, though.
