Here's my initial email:
Hi, I was just checked your site and noticed that all the DVDs I purchased the other day are now $5.99 and I was wondering if I could get credit for the different in price? If this is not possible then please cancel my order and I will reorder the DVDs at the lower price.

Well, I've been long time customer of DDD and I am disappointed with my reply from them:
Thank you for contacting DeepDiscountDVD.com!
Sorry, we are unable to issue a price adjustment on your order # 12345678 as this offer is applicable only for orders placed from 10/22/05 through 10/24/05. ALso, we are unable to cancel the order, as the instock items have already been shipped on 10/24/05. Please note that the offer has ended now and the current price of the items on the buy two and get one free list is $8.97.
Again, thank you for writing DeepDiscountDVD.com. We appreciate your business.
Regards,
Customer Service Department
Hopefully, this was new CS person because I reorder everything again at the new price.

I placed a new order #87654321 that reflect the new price. I plan to refuse shipping for order #12345678 and I will likely purchase my future DVDs from Amazon.com who honors price adjustment. I have been a loyal customer at DeepDiscountDVD, but since you can not price adjust my previous order, I will likely not order from you.
