Well, my setup is a bit different, but the same Sata chipset.

I put the boot order to CDRom, HDD, then SCSI, then floppy.
I booted off the CDRom and in the BIOS screens, entered the Sata Raid setup, setup RAID0 and then it booted off the CD and installed the drivers off the floppy when pressed F6 to specify them...I specified the Sata drivers 2 times...just in case..

set your boot sequence to cd-rom, SATA, floppy, other. boot from your xp cd, hit f6 and wait for it to finish loading windows setup. a screen will come up and you can install the SATA controller card from a floppy. once you do that, you're on your way. thats how i did mine, and had no problems.

Im using 2 Seagate 80gb Sata drives....

SATA/RAID/SCSI..........[SATA]
First Boot Device.........[CDROM]
Second Boot Device.....[Floppy]
Third Boot Device.........[disabled]
Boot up floppy seek.....[disabled]
Password Check..........[setup]
Flexable AGP 8X...........[auto]
Init display first............[AGP]
With these settings I can get to F6 and load SATA drivers
from floppy but when this is done I recieve this.

Setup could not find any hard disk drives installed in your computer.
Setup cannot continue. To quit setup press F3

Why doesn't XP find my HDDs, I have the jumpers both set to master.
