I'm pretty sure it's an 8-bit panel and it's a 500:1 contrast ratio rather than the 800:1

FPV = 8 bit, 1000:1, 25ms?

I have an FPV and am getting ready to buy a decent video card and start gaming again... Trying to decide if FPT is good enough or if holding out for an 8ms panel for a good price is the way to go -- the Samsun 730B sounds nice (too bad I missed the deal ).
