Mine looks the same with the bad backlighting. I am calling Dell tomorrow and see if they can exchange it. So did they send you a new one and then you sent the old one back? I just don't want to be without the monitor for a week or more.
this is how i got my other 2005fpw free they sent the replacement but never sent any shipping info for the other to go back.. btw they never fixed the problem just sent a old version that was referbished and still had back light issues
