Pardon my cynicism but the ONLY reason this is happening is because of that little lawsuit AMD has going against Intel. DELL is merely trying to get out of the way of being found a co-conspirator. Good luck w/that.

Should be good for comsumers. IFor a budget build, I 'd rather use a lower power AMD system than any P4 or celeron.
