Dell System-Help me decide

I am trying to order a Dell system for my sister. She would use it only for business. While I have built my own systems I want to suggest a prebuilt system for her. What would have better performance....a dell 4500 p4 2.26 mhz with the faster 533 bus and 512 megs of ddr memory or a dell 8200 P4 2 mhz with 400 mhz bus and 512 megs of rambus memory. I know the rambus memory is faster but will the faster cpu and bus speed of the 4500 be better?

i would get the 533 fsb as it is going to be supported the longest

Get the 533 FSB - the 400 has no future.
