It's private and invitation only, and unlike public sites, each user's upload/download ratio is tracked, so users have to seed the torrents, not just quit when their download is finished.

I remember when it was a public tracker, I didn't realize it had moved to invite only. Maybe I should go back and check it out, I was never too impressed with it.
