I'm quite curious to the htc one owners, did you guys replace the sense launcher already or are you on stock?
After owning a few Samsung devices (sgs2, sgs3, note 2) I can honestly say that I pretty much installed nova launchers as soon as I get their device. But so far I've had htc one for few days now, and I haven't felt the same urge to rip out Sense 5 and replace it with Nova Launcher as I did with TouchWiz, personally I felt that Sense 5 is a breath of fresh air compared to the cluttered interface of TouchWiz 5, though not without its faults (multitask interface, home button behavior) I generally find it fairly pleasant to use.
I've also kept sense as it's not nearly as invasive as I thought it may be.
How is the slo-mo video? I'm looking for a camera for recording my clean and jerks and snatches at the gym. If this will do it well I'll wait until my upgrade and not get an extra camera.
I saw these test shots on another site

Which one? They're still selling the developer edition it seems.
My HTC One Developer Edition will arrive today. Being a smartphone noob that I am (first smartphone ever, yay!), I need to ask this:
Can I use the phone to take pictures / movie / browse (wifi) / listen to mp3 -WITHOUT- it having a SIM card inside ?
HTC gave a very conservative estimation of the delivery time, saying it would arrive on Friday when it fact it will be here in a few hours.
Is anyone having any LTE reception issues? I have a pretty standard routine everyday, that involves a mile walk to/from the subway. I always listen to the same radio stream through TuneIn radio. On my iPhone 5, I don't think it has ever buffered in that walk. However, I can't get the stream to last more than ~1 minute on the HTC One over LTE. If I turn off LTE, it works fine but LTE buffers constantly. It says I have 2 bars of LTE, versus 4 on the iPhone (although that probably doesn't mean much).
I have tried turning off all the energy saving modes and stuff like that, and it had no affect.
Yes. But why would you get an expensive phone?
