What phones did you trade to AT&T? 99.99% of the time, you're getting ripped off by trading to the big guys.
Don't worry, I know what I'm doing. They're old, and are only valued $100 because of the promo
Nokia N80 (~6-years old?) to HTC
Dell Streak (~3-years old), Motorola Droid Pro (~2.5-years old), and Nokia E75 (~4-years old) to AT&T
All of them are pure profit for $100. Nobody would probably want the Nokias even if I give them out for free. The Droid Pro I could probably get up to $80, but not more.
The Dell Streak is the only one that's a little iffy. The value is about $100 on eBay with good condition (and mine looks pretty damn good considering its age), but I have hacked the back (literally cutting the back plate under the battery open) to replace the internal sdcard when it died last year. This defect plus the hassle of trying to sell it, I'd take $100 trade-in any day.
Here's a nice picture I took of them before I traded them in. They obviously still worked perfectly as I was still using two of them until the day I traded them in.
