Does anyone know what "Cooloncatha" is???

So the girlfriend got a new place, and the sign on the front of the house reads "Cooloncatha"

We have absolutely no idea what it means, and apparently Google doesn't either...

Anyone??

Coolon comes up as LED lighting systems by an Australian company... we're in the right part of the world but... Light Emitting Diode Evergreen Shrub/Bush doesn't make sense to be on a sign on her house...
