Bible says it looks like us. It took a lot of contemplation from a lot of people who were way more interested than I am to get to that point, so I'll go with their answer.
Interesting observation. A manly jaw looks like this:Never realized it before but Jesus always looks very feminine in those icons. He's a first century Justin Beiber. Annoying and androgynous.
The opposite actually.Bible says it looks like us. It took a lot of contemplation from a lot of people who were way more interested than I am to get to that point, so I'll go with their answer.
No, I would not agree with that, since I'm not going to decide what Descarte did or did not do. It's better to cite Descarte himself. "Put Descartes before the horse" is a pretty funny joke btw.Would you agree with this,.. "Descartes clearly identified the mind with consciousness and self-awareness and distinguished this from the brain as the seat of intelligence."
Or do you think the the mind is the brain and can't be distinguished?
ALL HAIL THE GRILLED CHEESUS caps
god not gods?!?!?!?If so, what does it look like?
Yes, God has a form. I filled it out religiously, in triplicate. I've yet to hear back. I, ummmmm, pray that I will.
God and his heavenly minions (imagine a sort of celestial DMV) are mired in the kind of red tape bureaucracy Republicans wish to eliminate, along with any and all sin taxes. They want to outsource the deity. Their three leading candidates are Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, and Mitt Romney.
Yet even they know Dick Cheney is the devil. It's the smell of sulfur that gives him away. He doesn't floss. For years, he just didn't have the heart to. Literally.
In conclusion, yes, God has a form. It provides a tax heaven. It's like a trust. You can be the soul beneficiary. Sign here. And here. Aaaaand here.
He's a Jealous God..
That doesn't look like Jesus. That looks like the chick on the cover of WoW.
Nobody can speak with any real authority on the nature of God, given that there is no direct observable manifestation of such a thing. Any discussion of such is pure speculation.
