I'd move into an apartment if it wasn't too prohibitively expensive, there was a job/school I wanted there, and was in a location I'd like. Otherwise... why bother if you can live somewhere else that's just as nice, if not better, for much cheaper? Financially... it's irresponsible to go renting an apartment. Money into the shitter. That doesn't get you any return in investment at all.
