I don't know of anything offhand, though I could recommend against adding to indoor pollution in your apartment, and instead try to prevent the source of any unpleasant odors.

Ah, you're that one.
First idea that comes to mind: mount a power strip vertically on a wall. Most of them have screw mounts on the back that allow them to be hung up in that fashion.
Hang on wall, and plug in everything.
Oh, and don't get Febreeze Sea Breeze scent. My one roommate used it all the time*, but it wound up smelling like a lightly used diaper as it wore off.
* - he used it because the campus apartment kept developing a weird funk. It turned out that there were two leaks: one from the toilet, and one from under the kitchen sink. This had been like that for at least a full semester before I moved in, but no one did anything about it. I called maintenance, and the next day both problems were fixed. And wouldn't you know it, the funky smell went away, too.

Power strip attached to wall.
That would work, and is a good idea, not sure how the landlord would react if I put holes in these walls though.
Well sheesh, then get creative.
Use some pieces of wood, or hell,
a cardboard box, with some machine screws and bolts through it, and mount to that.
