When the internet was "new" this was scandelous since people had forgotten about it. There's lots of "banned" cartoons and that's probably the easiest way to find them. Cartoons used to be kind of racist by today's standards so there's plenty of poorly stereotyped cartoons that you can download and laugh at today.

This. Some of the older Tex Avery cartoons were pretty spectacular in that regard. To be quite honest, I think that these cartoons should be kept around as a historical reminder on how things were. They are still quite enjoyable as long as you keep them in context.
