The trailer was so-so, average.

This is a game I am tracking, not that interested yet but it could be something to pick up. Enjoyed BG2 but the gameplay was not for me, I was just compelled to play on for the storyline... and Minsc and Boo!!!

You may be right. The animation looks just as bad as I remember it in NWN. It doesn't look any better to me in that video, which is why I thought they might just be using an updated version of the Aurora engine. I would prefer the game to look better, especially after they released Mass Effect which had excellent animation. But if it has a good storyline and good gameplay, I can overlook the poor animation; even if it does take away from the immersion of the game.

I'm more worried about the people out there who actually take Fox News seriously. I'll watch it on occasion just for a laugh, but people who just buy into something like the Mass Effect hysteria with no evidence whatsoever are the people who scare me.

Plain and simple.. Don't freak out about something you know nothing about. Do the research first before opening your garbage trap, like that ignorant women (or both of them) in that video. But I guess if "reporters" did actual research Fox News would no longer exist.

That said, the graphics won't matter that much (they aren't horrible) if the storyline and gameplay is actually good. I just hope it isn't like NWN where the campaign was really bad; and more like Mass Effect where the story was good enough to make you play through the boring repetitive gameplay.

Anyway, NWN campaign was pretty bad as your said. But Bioware games have had better campaigns as of late. I hope they improve the dialog from Mass Effect, however.
