Driving me crazy!! Please help!

Everytime i go on my computer i get this pop up

Everytime i have to reinstall my speakers and once my computer is restarted the same thing pops up, it is pissing me off so ****ing much, its driving me crazy. Someone please help!
Ive tried spyware and virus scans and i tried send error, neither worked!

it pops up soon as i log onto my account, or if my sisters log onto theres

Create anpther user account on the PC. Log in on the PC with the newly created account and see if it returns. If not, it is something configured in the existing profiles. You should check to see what is starting during login.
