Dual displays Questions

I setup dual displays with my x850xt pe. I was wondering if there is a way to stop a program from minimizing when I click on a program on the other monitor. When i run a game, and have AIM running on the other screen, if I click on the AIM window, my games goes to the task bar. How can i stop this?

Also, how can i span the desktop, and not just extend it? I would like my monitors to act like one monitor.
