Dual processor recommendations please

Hi all,

What would you guys recommend for dual processors? (I do a lot of photoshop work)
XPs?
Also, which MB, please.

If you can afford, get an AMD dual processor system. You can put either Duron or XP, MP's. You can also get an Intel solution, but buy the board with DDR memory.
