Duron temperature

With the summer in full swing, my apartment is getting pretty hot, and with it my Duron 800. I've had it clocked as high as 1020Ghz but normally run at 950 or so. But I'm a little worried about the heat--I've been running with the case panel off just to be safe. At what temperature should I start to get worried about my chip? It's gone up as high as 114F but often runs around 100 degrees. PC Alert III is what I use to monitor in Windows, and the lowest setting it has for an alarm is 122. That still seems a little too warm to me. For cooling I'm using a Coolermaster DP5-6H-51 (with Radio Shack thermal paste) in an Enlight 7237 case with two case fans. Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated!

How's your room temp, case temp, and case cooling?

My motherboard is a MSI K7T Pro2a KT133. As I write this, CPU temp is 105, chassis is 82. Main fan runs at 4800rpm roughly, and I've got two 60mm case fans (front/back). Ambient temperature is fairly high during the late afternoon--maybe as high as 80 actually--and cools down to the 70's in the evening or if I run the A/C. I've also got my case lined up with my window, so that my dual window fans can directly blow cool air into the case. In that instance, CPU temp is as low as 77 when idling. One other thing--to get the higher clocks, I run the voltage as high as 1.825, but usually have it set at 1.75.

Think about getting faster and bigger fans. Maybe 2 80mm to replace the 60s and a high output fan for your CPU?

-Edit: Don't know if you'd mind a little more noise but you've gotta give a little to get nice and high OCs

yeah i would also say to get 80mm case fans instead of those 60's -- most 80mm's are not that bad - just stay away from deltas some good ones are Panaflos - Adda - Sunon - and Sanyo Denki fans are all pretty good and of course Papst are the best but for a good bit of money
