DVD Ripping Help

I found a handy little guide online not too long ago featuring how to rip dvds, starting with DVD decoder, and followed by DVDx.

Does anybody know of a substitute for the DVDx, I've been getting a lot of errors from it lately

Second that. DVDShrink > * Heck, I haven't even needed DVD Decyptor to date. DVDShrink has been able to handle everything I've thrown at it.
