And the Cowboys have been playing poorly lately? I believe they beat Carolina 2 weeks ago, they had one bad game against Miami. The other 2 teams they lost two recently, I seem to recall both of them beating the Eagles? Yea so don't talk until your pathetic team backs it up tomorrow, which they won't.

Leave the city. Move to San Francisco. Nobody likes you.

now dumbsh!t, being a dallas fan, what would san fran have to do with anything? I've seen your attempts at football arguments before - you are a typical Philly fan. Your arguments are completely baseless and pointless. I love arguing with Philly fans, cuz they don't know jack.

haha, wait till the game is over. i guess my argument earlier in this thread about the Eagle's power rankings showing them having the hardest schedule and still being in first place is "baseless and pointless." you are obviously blinded by your hatred for the eagles. the stupid cowboys can be first in defense yards and offense yards and any other dumb stat you want to put out there, but the fact is the eagles win the important stat - points.

i'll be back in a few hours to serve you up a crow sandwich.

I was pretty trashed last night so my post was slightly...wandering. The Eagles are a terrible team statistically. They get lucky time and time again. What are the odd's John Kasey misses 3 field goals and an extra point in one game? Very very slim. Chances are slim he misses any. They should have lost other games earlier in the season, too. Sooner or later, their luck will catch up to them. And that day is today.

you can't really talk about what "would have" happened if he made any of those field goals, because it would have changed the entire chain of events in the game. i'll admit he should have made the point after and 2 of the 3 field goals he missed. one of them was pretty long, about 50 yds i think, and was a legitimate miss.

btw, how is your team so stacked, how many people in your league?

My league isn't very big, 8 people, plus they aren't very smart.

Yes, maybe the 49 yarder was a legitimate miss, but like you said, it would have created a whole different mindset for the game if they had scored 7 more points. They also got lucky against the Giants and got totally ooutplayed by the Packers. They find ways to win, which is a good thing for a team, but in the end, you gotta win some games decisively.

So where are those Cowboys now? Looks like Philly is rectifying that early season loss.

Pretty much this win locks them in as NFC East Champs. Even if Philly lost their last three games and Dallas won their last three games Philly would likely beat the Cowboys in the tie breakers, unless Dallas blows out NY and Washington.

Dallas will still make the playoffs though. They will end up 10-6 or 11-5 much better than anyone thought going into the season. Dallas will be a legit Super Bowl contender next year.

oh and what were you saying about "running back by committee" not working?
and good thing you benched mcnabb... anyone have his qb rating? it must be about 120.

looks like the cowgirls might not even make the playoffs this year.

All they have to win is 2 more, and that wont be difficult vs NY and Washington.

even if they do make it, it would be great to play them in the playoffs, cause they blow. i have no respect for this team at all.

not as long as carter is your QB

Who said Carter is going to be QB next year?

Parcells hasnt. Jerry Jones hasnt.

Dallas will pick up a great running back, and a great QB. Get some more depth at CB, and fill in some holes on offensive line and defensive line.

Carter and Hutchinson wont be around next season. Tony Romo will be the backup and THEY WILL pick up a QB, and RB.

I mean come on, do you honestly think Bill Parcels will keep Carter around as a starting QB? Yes he has matured alot, and such, but he isnt a starting QB, and never will be. Parcels knows this. Hes used the hand he was delt this season, next year he will be dealing himself the hand.

Kurt Warner would make a good QB. He certainly won't be with the Rams next year, and he'd be the leader the Cowboys are looking for. Hambrick is just too slow and doesn't bounce around like he should. Cason or that new guy do a much better job

Washington played well against the Giants today, and with that absolutely pathetic performance of the Cowboys in the second half they better rebound for next week or it might not even be close .. for Dallas.

Hambrick just blows. Cason is a good back, but I dont think hes someone that can take the load of a starting RB. There are several college and pro RBs Dallas is interested in. RB wont be a problem next year. Hopefully they can swing a veteran QB without giving up picks or players in return.

I will stick by my statement that running back by committe is not the way to go. You telling me you'd rather have those 3 than a priest holmes, or ahman green? You'll say yes because you are an Eagles fan, but actually thinking that is ludicrious.

I knew the game was over when the Eagles went up 17-10. Dallas, specifically Carter, cannot play from behind in the 2nd half, they just can't. The Cowboys got totally outplayed in that 2nd half, but that was after they laid down to die. The game could have been different had the official not called that BS pass interference call.

Oh, and as good a coach as Bill parcells is, cutting Derek Ross is the worst move he's made all season. Mario Edwards is *not* good. Ross should be starting in the right side. Pete Hunter should not be playing the slot, he should not be in the game at all on defense, only special teams. They seriously hurt their defense with that move, and Zuriel Smith can't return kicks well either.

And Kev, you can't say Dallas won't be a contendor next year. Look at the improvement they've made since last year. If they get either a high caliber QB, or a high caliber RB, one or the other, they will contend. If they get both, they will do more than contend. Mark my words.

well i'm not sure any of us know what is going on in parcell's head, whether he will keep carter or not, but a RB and QB would make you definite playoff contenders. super bowl contenders, i dont know about that...

Thats so freaking stupid. Dallas has bet Washington there last 8 meetings. Washington has had 4 losses in a row, they beat the Giants who also had many losses in a row. Dallas will dominate Washington and NY when they play them, its really no contest.

I agree. I have always thought Warner was a great QB, and that he should be starting for the Rams. I hope he leaves the Rams next year, and Dallas picks him up. I wouldn't be surprised if they end up with Staley next year either. Not that I'm a huge fan of Staley...not really a franchise back. Hey, Corey Dillon made comments about wanting to be traded to Dallas....

Haha. Yeah sure. Uh they are already playoff contenders this year with no QB and no RB. They are a legit Super Bowl contender. You guys need to quit kidding yourselves.

Dallas will still have a top #3 defense next year, and their offense should be ranked much higher once they fix a couple problems on the O-line and get a QB and RB.

whoever said i wouldn't rather have pro bowl backs on my team? they're making due with what they have, and obviously being successful. you said they would do nothing today, and they have proven week in and week out that they can get the job done together.

Well, today Dallas laid down and let themselves be run over. With they way they played today, San Diego or Detroit could have beaten them. The Cowboys committee of RB's has put up 119 ypg, the Eagles 127. Not THAT much better. Now are you telling me that Dallas' committee is making due?
