Is there anything healthy that can be comparable?
Last night I made up 5lbs of mashed potatoes with diced jalapenos as some carbs for the week. Because of that for dinner I had a pound of mashed potatos, a pound of broccoli, and two glasses of milk. Is this unhealthy for a gainer meal?
What else besides chicken breast and potatos can be prepped ahead of time and heated quickly?
