Easier than a frozen pizza...

I know we've got a lot of threads like these, but I'll try to put a twist on it. I'm looking for extremely easy, healthy meals to make. A frozen pizza takes about 20 minutes and the only dish I need is a paper towel...

Is there anything healthy that can be comparable?

Last night I made up 5lbs of mashed potatoes with diced jalapenos as some carbs for the week. Because of that for dinner I had a pound of mashed potatos, a pound of broccoli, and two glasses of milk. Is this unhealthy for a gainer meal?

What else besides chicken breast and potatos can be prepped ahead of time and heated quickly?

I grill several pounds of steak for dinner once a week. Throughout the week, I will take some of the leftovers, cut it up into slices, then heat it up in a pan with some butter and salt. The whole thing takes about 10 minutes.

Once a week, I will also bake about 3 pounds of chicken thighs sprinkled with garlic salt on them. They are easy enough to heat up and a nice change of pace from chicken breasts. Reheating in the microwave takes less than 5 minutes.

Last night I browned a pound of ground beef in a pan and then added soy sauce and some leftover rice to the pan. Total time was about 20 minutes.

If you have a grill, you can make a bunch of pork loins and then reheat them during the week.

^Pretty much this. If you want quick and healthy stuff, taking a day (like a Sunday) and preparing a lot of it for the week is pretty easy. Now, eating it, is another story. Perhaps, heating up a tortilla and putting everything in that is pretty easy.

Personally, I break down all my groceries into individual meals. Cooking takes the same time as making a frozen pizza, I just have to actually cook it. It is hard (and expensive) to buy individual meal portions, so buying in bulk, separating, and thawing only what I am going to cook for the night makes it a lot easier.

Also, a rice cooker is about as easy as it gets for making food.

fast easy breakfast every morning.. olive oil in pan, pour egg whites, huge handful washed organic spinach, a few kalamani olives flip in 3 mins pour some chili Verde sauce on and eat. Some mornings i am fancy get a avocado tomato tortilla etc. chicken breast in pan with olive oil, sprinkle two cut onions on top, flip after ten mins eat after 20 straight from pan SO delicious..

quesadilla pizza. That can't possibly take more than 20 minutes.
