Easy IE Question???

I cant find the setting in Internet Explorer that does the following. I want to open a new IE window when I click on a link, instead of taking my current window to the new link. Anyone know where that setting is?

You can also right-click over the link you want to open in a new window, and select that option in the pop-up menu.

Wow...thanks, that works for me. I was just asked if the following is possible. You are on.......say anandtechs website. You go and check your outlook email. In your email someone sent you a link. When you click on that link, it takes the anandatech window and goes to that link that was in your email. Is there a way to open a new IE window when clicking on a link in Outlook Email?
