Eggs have perhaps the most complete protein of all foods.
Rice (grain) and lentils (legume) together provide complete protein.
Protein is built from amino acid chains. There are 22 different ones.
Our bodies can synthesize all but 8. These 8, therefore, we must get directly from our diet.
You DO NOT need meat AT ALL to get the necessary protein in your diet. Combo's like lentils and rice together work
exactly as well.
