Economic Stimulus Check/Deposit

I thought I was to get mine direct deposited on May 14 or 16 but that never happened. Haven't received a check yet either. looks ike the paper check for my SSN will be sent the week of July 4th, if they even send that.

QFT. I'd rather be making $55k (current salary + that 20k) than making 35k and getting a "whopping" 600 OF MY OWN MONEYback.

Heh - my check is being held up because the IRS questioned a stock sale from a couple of years ago (we used the cost basis, they tried to use a zero basis). My wife spent 3 hours documenting everything, about 80 pages worth I think, and they still can't get it right. She's so pissed I can't help but laugh.

Just got a letter from the IRS stating I will be getting my check in the mail by 6/13.

I owed some $ for 2007 and I paid via direct debit.

My SSN ends in 40. Seems correct according to their site.

If you're expecting a check, yours won't even get mailed until the 2nd week in July, unless they change the schedule.

Just checked on the website and it showed that a amount of 300 dollars will me mailed to me on the 20th of this month.

Woohoo! I got my check today. It was mailed. $600 exactly. SSN # group 10-20. 7 Days after I posted before. Anybody else have any luck?

Got the amount statement today (not the actual check/deposit). States that our amount was reduced by 5% of our income amount over $150k. So say you jointly make $170k... that would come out to $1200 minus (5% of $20k) = $200 check for you two. Free money is free money but still
