I didn't feel like going back to the previous article to find some more pertinent information, but there's your answer.
If you want to use the 9850BE you probably want to overclock, and if you want to overclock you are going to be severely limited by the ECS board if it doesn't just fry itself. If you want to use that processor with that board you are going to have to invest in some extra cooling, why not just invest in a better motherboard? Why get an processor designed to overclock and pair it with a motherboard that will gimp it?
Actually you should probably invest in a better motherboard AND aftermarket cooling.
Here's another question: why do you want to use the 780g with that processor? Yeah the 780g is a sweet chipset but the whole point of it is it's energy efficient and budget oriented. The 9850BE is neither energy efficient nor budget oriented. In fact, it's AMD's flagship processor and it sucks down power like a mother. Why would you pair such a hot processor with integrated graphics, even if they are some of the best integrated graphics on the market. You would be far better off getting a motherboard that's designed to handle the 9850BE and then you can get an ATI 3450 for $30 after MIR which will give you equal graphics performance and you won't have to worry about flames shooting out of your case. Or you could spend $20 more and get double the graphics performance.

P.S. The Geforce 8200 integrated graphics processor is coming out VERY soon and it's looking like it will be even more energy efficient than the 780G. My recommendation would be to wait at least a few days to see how the new tech stacks up, and regardless of the new stuff, avoid pairing the 9850BE with any 780G motherboard unless you are very very careful.
