Email issues with SBC global

My coworker has been trying to send me emails, and it seems to be very sporadic. Sometime ti will send an email, sometimes it wont. Anyone having a similar problem? She isnt using the SBC email account, but my domain's email, just SBC's smtp server.

Spool on my server seems to be running fine, earlier in the week it was incredibly clogged, but now its completely empty.

Any ideas?
