epox 8k7a + enermax psu = bad?

i read a post saying that it was a bad combo cause of the 5v thing?
is it true?
cause im helping my roomates build comps and one of them bought the fs710 case and that comes with a 330 watt enermax psu. he also got the epox 8k7a+

Okay, first things first...how many components will he have in the system...i've noticed that the 5v rail drops more and more as i add more components...my 5v rail can get as low as 4.7 but it's holding up my tbird @ 1.67. If he's not Ocing heavily and doesn't have a lot of components...you shouldn't be worried

if you think 4.7 is low.. wat about 4.63 is the lowest ive seen.. 3cdroms, 3hds, 3 delta case fans that take 7w each @1amp, let alone a overclocked cpu and an alpha hsf.. still steady as a rock.

hes gonna have 2 cd roms, 2 hd at raid 0, geforce2 gts, thermalright sk-6 with delta, and 4 case fans...
nic, sb live, floppy, and stuff too
oh yeah.. he plans on overclocking his 1.1ghz tbird.. 1.1ghz? wierd huh? its actually a cpu from a compaq system (yeah.. i convinced him that he should upgrade and overclock )

holy moly.. i looked at you guy's rigs... dayam.. hopefully my other roomate will be able to hit those numbers cause he got a 1.4 tbird, iwill kk266-r, and thermalright sk-6
