but when i change my mobo to 8rda+<rev2.x> this problem appear and start to make
me frustrated.when i play games FPS sometimes decreasing drastic 30-30-30-30-20-30-30-20>/ watch the movies<15-15-15-10-15-15-15>/copying files< make my mouse lag > and
the other PC activity my 8rda+ make my system lag in interval times T _ T;
is anyone can solve my problem?is it because mobo?or ram<i read
some article in other website, and they say is it because the ram>?or something else??

I had that same problem when I switched from a KT266A to nforce2. I fixed it by fine tuning my system.
What kind of memory? What are the rest of your specs?

Looks like you've got two different sticks of DDR in there that are made by different manufacturers. I know it works on your Gigabyte, but I'd try taking one of the sticks out and see what happens. I've actually never had any success when I tried mixing DDR sticks.

*Edit.. looks like 3 sticks, not two. Try leaving just 1 stick in there at give it a shot. It'll run slower, but just try to see if its a lot more consistent.

What version of internet explorer are you using? I've seen tons of problems running IE 6 on Windows ME - I used IEradicator to remove it completely, and reinstalled IE 5.5, which is still available for windows ME. This fixed the similar problems on that system.

First Like other have said try it with one stick of RAM.

Did you re-load the OS or move the current drive over and re-detect all your changes? If you just moved the drive You definately want to re-install windows as it may be loading or using drivers for your previous system. Sorry it isnt as clean a process as we would all like it to be.
If you do happen to reformat and re-install windows create a 4 gig partiton for your OS and a 2xRam partition for a swapfile and the remaining for your disk space. Having a special partition specifically for a swapfile makes a big difference. Using a different hard drive for a swapfile is also nice but not many can use as an option.

Defrag your hard drive and if possible do like above.

Are you running anti-virus software? If so disconnect from the web and disable the AV software. Sometimes an virus update (definition) causes system delays especially in compressed files. Run a full system scan first just to be safe before disabling AV.

Run a spyware detection program like SPYBOT against your machine. Surfing the web loads up a bunch of spyware and I have had a few instances of machines with spyware that was doing something in the background causing massive delays. SPYBOT is free and well worth running every time you surf the web.

Basic Good System Config.
More On the Partition information. Lets say I have a 20 gig hard drive and 512 megs Ram.
4 Gig C Partition for the OS and applications.
1.5 Gig D Drive partition for the Swapfile.
Remaining space used for E Drive. (Games, Data, Etc)

This prevents your OS from becomming fragmented but more importantly your swapfile from becomming fragmented. It will help maintain your systems speed in being consistent.

I mentioned before that I had the same problem when I switched from a KT266A to nforce2. The thing that got me lag-free gaming performance was getting good pc3200 memory and running my FSB at 200MHz.
Also, make sure you don't have any programs running in the background. And get rid of adware/spyware.

or you have a reccomended one for me??thx for helping me ^^

I don't know if that palomino can handle 200 FSB. I'd get a 1700+ DLTC, a 2100+ or a Barton and some ram with twinmos bh-5 chips. There is usually some good ram like that on the FS/T forums here. It's hard to find at a good price new.

I have a similar problem with Epox 8RDA3+. I used to have single stick of OCZ PC 2700 DDR 512MB. While playing Raven Shield, when I turn on night vision, FPS goes down to 10-20, which is ridiculous! I just got OCZ PC 3200 EL DDR 2x256MB dual channel kit and I'm using them with my Radeon 9800pro and AMD Athlon XP Barton 2500+ @ 3200(11x200FSB) but so far I haven't notice any difference.
