Per a retired cop I know who worked in a small city.
He cannot imagine a scenario where what was done needed to happen. He cannot imagine a handcuffed behind the back guy being that difficult to control.
If it was George Floyd torturing and murdering Derek Chauvin and there was inarguable video evidence he'd have been either in the cuffs or the morgue within the hour.
There doesn't seem to be substantial doubt on either left or right that what happened was absolutely unconscionable.

Stop by any fox news story comments and you'll see fairly substantial justification over George Floyd murder.
