I ordered an lcd monitor about 2 1/2 months ago. A day later, recieved a 15% coupon so i ordered another one, hoping to return the first one. I emailed them immediately to stop processing the 1st one since i already ordered a second at a cheaper price. Guess they pretended not to recieved the message and send both of them. Upon receiving them, i returned one via the delivery guy and asked for a refund. It's been more than two months and everytime i emailed them, i got the same excuse that they're processing my refund and it's taking so long because it's a returned product. I didn't even open the package. My god, newegg and other online vendors only take approx 2 weeks. Anything i can do?
