Ever let your friends win?

I seriously am way too good at NBA2k1 for my friends that they don't want to play me. So after I accumulate a 10-20pt lead on them, I let the catch up miraculously with 3 minutes left in the game. They hit a game winning shot and they leave triumphant.

I dunno if that's as fun as blowing them out...sigh...I seriously get more of a challenge playing against the computer than anything else. The AI is difficult to play consistently, which is cool. Against my friend, I can easily rack up 20-40pts on a given night. Even then I feel sorry and fear that they might not ever let me play.

Maybe I have to find someone through SegaNet

i let my friends catch up to me at UT, nba street, tony hawk 3, and smackdown. at street fighter 3 third strike, i think my friend goes easy on me. oh well. i think ppl do it so they can continue to play with someone else rather than an AI.

WHat you should do is let your friend slaughter you in one game and then ask for a rematch when he is feeling all good about himself for beating you and totally annihilate him.

i have to let them win sometimes.. especially in games like Tekken and Goldeneye and tony Hawk..
they get mad when i beat them all the time and just refuse to play against me.
i'd rather have to suck on purpose once in a while to play my freinds without them getting mad and quitting, than play the sucky computer all the time.

Its rather amuzing when a friend of mine sets up a cs server for me and a couple others to join I always own everybody. One of my "friends" started to accuse me of cheating and I wasnt I was just playing by the sound (thats even more effective than wallhacking in a small server). Sadly however Im not invitied anymore. Or they just dont have them anymore. but o well *sigh*

i used to play basketball with this female friend with her. i'm a foot taller than her and she's pretty good. but well , i'd let her beat me off the dribble, and she'd win in h-o-r-s-e. does that count?

I seriously gotta let my friends catch up w/me when playing Gran Turismo 3
when I'm in the Pennzoil Skyline GT-R all souped up, they have no chance.. i gotta like wipeout big for them to win... sometimes i do.. it keeps them wanting to play..

In GT2, I drive a Stage III Race Spec Impreza 22B STi while my friends drive a Unisia Jecs R33 Skyline GT-R w/702HP.


Needless to say, I still have to mess up for them...especially at Laguna Seca (my favorite track).

I got Madden on PS2 a while ago and it was all good cause me and my apt mates pretty much took turns beating each other. Once i got really used to the game i started winning alot more and half the time we wouldn't even finish the game so lately i've been letting them win once in a while to i still have someone to play with.
