EVGA 680i issue

All of a sudden I went to power on my 2 week old comp and a long beep and no post happened. The digital output on the board read C1.

I took out one of my sticks of RAM which was in slot 2 and left the stick that was in 0.
It posted and booted with no problems. I then tried every possible configuration of RAM and found that both sticks work as long as they are in slot 0 or 1. So it seems slots 2 and 3 are for some reason corrupt...

Help me out. Why would this be?

Check the EVGA forums, there are several people who have this problem. I think it is caused by the board outputting much higher voltage to the ram then reported in the bios. Most likely you will have to RMA your board and your ram.
