My friend's GTX460 768 MSI Frozr II, when I installed it into his Xion case, I had to bend the tab that is at the bottom of the backplate just a bit to get it to seat properly. Some of the cards come bent too much, some not enough. It depends on the case too. Some cases have a little slot that the backplate tab is supposed to seat into.
