If you do get one, make sure you assemble it so the clip isn't reversed. The longer leg of the clip should go towards the end of the heatsink with the step cut into the base, so the pressure point of the clip is over the CPU core. People say the V7+ is loud and whiny even on its low-speed setting, but everyone's noise tolerance is different, so you be the judge. If you want a stronger 3-lug clip, consider the Thermalright SK-7, which has a 3-lug clip and can take quieter-running 80mm fans (or extremely powerful 80mm fans, if that's what you want).
