Fans on top of the Radiator ?

Hi, I am having Cosmos 2 Ultra Tower, i7 6700 K , Asus Maximus VIII Extreme and H110i GTX Hydro. Now, the tech guy yesterday came to install the cooler and he couldnt fit the 2 140 mm fans downwards by the radiator. He had to fit those two fans on the top of the cabby.
He said that the top cables on the motherboard were blocking the way .

So, is there anyway to install the fans downwards by the radiator ?

It could be that my English isn't good enough, or my eyesight, but where is the radiator? Can you take a picture of that please?

Reboot, put BIOS to defaults,,,,,,, memory timming correct,,, etc ,,,,, let us know.

hmm amazing Passion you have I also installed a cooler but its was not like this ..I think that the radiators are present just down the Fans Because Fans Cools The Water In the Pipes or radiator Comming From the Heat seeker..But if You give me a pic from other angel the i can tell you exactly ..Thanks
