Fans / Temps Questions

I have an Aspire X-plorer case that came with (2) 80mm blue LED fans. One was installed on the very back and the other on the top. I think they're both pushing air out as the exhaust but I'm not completely sure because it feels as air is coming both in and out of these two. Both are turning/fins-facing in the same direction as the heat sink fan and the mobo fan. I also installed two more 80mm blue LED fans on the front of the case, both mounted as the other two so turning the same direction. So, after reading some posts about cooling I believe I'm supposed to have intake on the front and exhaust on the back but I think they're all installed as exhaust. Can somebody please shed some light on this poor fool who knows not what he's doing.

Also, here are some stats with temps from SiSandra. The first set was taken at idle. The second set was taken after running 3dmark2001 benchmark. Are those temps ok? (board maxed at 49 and the CPU at 43)

There should be arrows on the outside of the fan casing that point which way air flows.

If not, just take it out of the case, you'll soon be able to figure it out. If you don't want to take them out, you know the plastic bit of the fan that holds the motor in the middle? The little arms? I've found all my fans blow air towards that side, the side with the arms.

I'll have to take a closer look at the fans. I don't remember any arrows or anything for direction when I installed them. At any rate, they're all installed the same direction so I think I need to change a couple for proper airflow.

Actually, it really isn't that noisy. It's just a light humming. I used to have an old E-machine that had a fan that rattled and sputtered like a 1970 Ford in need of a tune up. That thing you could hear all the way across the house.
