Favorite Lunch meat/Cold Cut

Whats you favorite sandwich meat? I just realized today the only Lunchmeat I eat regularly is Turkey. I'll eat Roast Beef or Liverwurst on occasion but Turkeys always been my regular order.

Also is there a difference between lunch meat and cold cuts? Different terms for the same thing>

If I had to pick one, I'd say smoked turkey. Ham a close second.



But really I prefer club sandwiches. Best choice for all occasions.

My brother works at a deli which makes the best deli sammich I've ever had. Smoked turkey, ham, sweet pepper bacon, pepper jack, a specialty chipotle mayo, and fresh lettuce/tomato (I mean really fresh, not "fresh" like subway crap) on ciabatta roll

The finest jamón ibérico is called jamón ibérico de bellota (acorn). This ham is from free-range pigs that roam oak forests (called la dehesa) along the border between Spain and Portugal, and eat only acorns during this last period. It is also known as Jamón Iberico de Montanera. The exercise and the diet has a significant impact on the flavor of the meat; the ham is cured for 36 months.
