You've been making that joke since that song was released.
who cares about Gilmour, it's Roger Waters who's currently touring
He was just here in Ottawa but I couldn't have afforded his show even if I had known. At any rate, the whole show is online for those who wish to check it to decide whether it's worth the money when he shows in your city.

Sadly, there will never be music like this again.
In those days, people bought entire albums. They would sit at home and put on a record, and let it play all the way through because it was too much of a hassle to lift the record player arm to another track.
Today, people either download bits and pieces of albums, and if they don't like the first 10 seconds of a song they just hit the skip button on their CD/MP3 player. Therefore the whole album seldom gets listened to.
Then the radio stations basically have to play a 3 hour loop of the songs that the music corporations tell them they have to play, so secondary songs never see the light of day.
The concept of a whole album telling a story is dead, and we're worse off for it
THANK YOU. I have tickets can't decide if I should keep them or not.
