The funny thing is, is that according to the DVD commentary, the studio wasn't happy about their choices of Richard Cheese and "When the Man Comes Around" (the song during the opening credits. They were told to change it, but somehow no one ever got around to replacing the "temp" music. The test audiences LIKED that music, so in it stayed.

I didn't really like the new Dawn of the Dead.

To me Kako, To (2005) http://www.netflix.com/Movie/E...&strkid=1350979718_1_0 is what Dawn of the Dead should of been. It may be Greece and a low budget film but it sure didn't feel or look like it. Awesome gore and Zombie kills! Very creative and even more so than the new Dawn of the Dead. I don't want to spoil it for anyone. Well worth renting or even buying! The ending was really good!

When I think of zombie flicks I think of the following 3 movies:

Return of the Living Dead

Dawn of the Dead (remake)

28 Days Later

I can watch these over and over and not get bored with them.
